Workshop: Strengthening ERC participation

The workshop is intended for representatives of research institution involved in supporting researchers applying for funding from European Research Council grant schemes. 

This event will bring together representatives of institutional leadership, national funding agencies, ERC National Contact Points and key stakeholders to explore effective approaches to strengthening participation in the ERC. 

The programme - topics:

• Policy frameworks and national support mechanisms;
• Institutional approaches to supporting ERC participation;
• Existing practices and experiences across Europe, with relevance for Widening countries;
• Exchange of perspectives among key stakeholders.

This event will take place online on 19 June 2026 as part of the mERCury project (registration is open until 16 June  here).
