Webinar: Tackling energy and mobility poverty for an inclusive green transition

The webinar addresses fair, just, and inclusive energy transition in the context of its affects in the poverty in Europe.

The session draws together knowledge on recent policy and research developments concerning energy and transport poverty in Europe, in relation with the 2030 and 2050 climate objectives, and will become a lab for diverse experts to exchange innovative ideas with each other.

 The following topics will be addressed during the session:

• The new Energy Poverty Advisory Hub
• Regional disparities in energy poverty: tackling the problem at the source
• Empowering vulnerable groups during the transition: the role of EU legislation and policy
• Transport poverty and energy transition: the current state of play and the challenges ahead
