
Three scientists from the Academy of Sciences received an ERC Synergy grant

Leoš Valášek (IMIC), Julius Lukeš (BC) and Jan Zouplna (OÚ) have newly received a prestigious grant from the European Research Council.
On November 6, 2025, the results of another public competition for an ERC grant were published. Scientists from three institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences have received an ERC grant for the following projects:
- 3Stops2Go project – Biology Centre of the CAS, Institute of Microbiology of the CAS, CNRS, University of Minnesota
- CLOSER project – Oriental Institute, Institute of International Relations, Université Libre de Bruxelles
