Study stays for scientists and research managers within NCP_WIDERA.NET

Apply by April 8, at 5 p.m. CET for a study visit at the University of Tampere in Finland from 14 to 16 May. There are just 2 places available for candidates from Czechia.

These internships are intended for scientists or research managers and administrators (RMA) - as managers, you must have at least two years of experience. These are three-day study visits to leading research organisations in Spain, Germany, Italy and Finland. The first took place in February 2024 in Barcelona at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (Fundació Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya, IBEC).

The trips are possible thanks to the project of national contacts for the field of Widening and ERA called NCP_WIDERA.NET. They aim to provide promising scientists as well as scientific managers from Widening countries with the opportunity to learn about the procedures at other institutions.

TC Prague will retroactively reimburse travel costs (air ticket) and accommodation costs up to EUR 1,000 on the basis of a signed contract (for reimbursement, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents and fill in a report on the course of the study visit).
