RESISTIRÉ: Europe-wide research mapping the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic completed

The large-scale RESISTIRÉ project, in which NKC-gender and science and nine other partners were involved, has reached its final stage after 30 months of research work. The project has mapped pandemic measures and civil society initiatives in all EU countries, as well as in Serbia, Turkey, the UK and Iceland.

The project is linked to the European Commission's Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025. The outputs are up to twenty recommendations aimed at improving the system of assistance of GPN survivors at the national level and at the level of European institutions, and he emphasized the importance of integrating assistance to GPN survivors into the system of national crisis preparedness. All recommendations are available on the project website, as well as pilot projects.
