The European Commission published the consultation on the application of the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle to the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028-2034.
The consultation aims to gather feedback from stakeholders on the Commission’s envisaged approach to applying the principle "Do No Significant Harm" to the climate in scientific activities. This principle is already included in the proposal for the 10th Framework Programme (FP10) and is also part of the evaluation of project applications in the FP10 proposal.
Public consultation is open on the EC portal until 16 September 2026: https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/DNSH-Guidance-Next-MFF
