Public consultation on knowledge valorisation

The European Commission has opened a public consultation which should contribute to an updated list of the EU’s recommendations on the management of intellectual property during knowledge transfer.

By the end of 2022, two documents are expected to be published, taking into account opinions of respondents submitted within this public consultation: Guiding Principles for knowledge valorisation and a Code of Practice for the smart use of intellectual property.

The questionnaire can be filled out until 6 September 2021.
