Prevention of conflicts of interest and proof of beneficial owners in the National Recovery Plan

On 28 April 2023, the Technology Centre Prague is holding a hybrid discussion on the prevention of conflicts of interest and the proof of beneficial owners in the National Recovery Plan and the challenges associated with it.
Topics for discussion will be:
- How to set up internal procedures and methodologies and what tools to use?
- What should be changed in the methodologies of providers and what can be changed within the limits set for the National Recovery Plan by EU legislation?
- Does the prevention of conflicts of interest under EU law similarly affect other programmes financed from the EU budget?
The event is intended primarily for members of the CZARMA - Legal Management working group, but also for other employees of project support, legal departments of the institutions concerned or anyone else interested in discussing this topic.
The first part of the event (introduction to the issue and beginning of the discussion) will also be available online. This will be followed by an in-person discussion.
