Open public feedback: Boosting research security in the EU

Submit feedback by 3 January 2024 on the European Commission's draft recommendation on safer research in the EU.

Official summary: "World-class research is based on openness and international cooperation. However, with growing geopolitical tensions, our researchers and academics are increasingly facing risks in global cooperation. We must support our research organisations in addressing these risks and we must ensure that research is ethical and not misused in a way that affects our security.

This initiative will strengthen research security by raising awareness and building the resilience of EU researchers and academics."
