Online workshop: the Danube Region in Horizon 2020

The online event aims to implement the updated Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) and to contribute to increased participation of the countries of the region in the European Research Area (ERA).
Based on a survey carried out in the previous year, an analysis on the challenges of participation of countries within the region in the ERA has been published, describing the participation patterns in H2020 and possible reasons for the low participation of researchers from the region.
The June online workshop will thus respond to the results of the analysis and will also present follow-up measures.
The event is organised by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic.
The workshop will take place on 18 June 2021, from 9:00 to 12:00 CEST.
