New joint call of SEA-Europe JFS

The CAS has joined the latest call for multilateral project proposals announced under the Southeast Asia-Europe Joint Funding Scheme for Research and Innovation (SEA-Europe JFS).

The possibility of international cooperation with seven European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey) and seven Southeast Asian countries (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand) is offered to the CAS research institutes through this activity. The theme of the projects is Sustainable Food Production and Climate Change: Resilience and Adaptation.

For interested parts in this cooperation, submission of the joint project proposal is conditioned by creating a consortium of at least three scientific teams from the countries involved in SEA-Europe JFS, or from Europe and Southeast Asia, where at least 1 partner from each region must be always involved (2+1 rule). The project proposal is submitted for the whole consortium by a project coordinator via the online portal PT-Outline. The deadline for submitting the proposals is 15 October 2021.

Any scientific team from the CAS, which becomes part of a project consortium, is obliged to send the completed "Project Proposal Details" form to zochova@kav.cas.cz by 15 October 2021.
