IP management in Horizon Europe MSCA

A new factsheet on effective management intellectual property in Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions has been published. It focuses on IP rules and strategy for protection and exploitation of research results.

European IP helpdesk outlines the main IP-related issues that participants in MSCA projects should consider at different stages of their projects. It explains the specific IP rules of the model grant agreements, along with the content of other agreements used in MSCA.
