Horizon Europe’s legal, financial & administrative rules: a report

The team of National Contact Points for the EU Framework Programmes has published a new publication on the rules of the Horizon Europe programme and how they work in practice.
The publication is based on an extensive questionnaire among beneficiaries of Horizon Europe funding. It analyses in detail which specific rules of the programme work in everyday practice and which are more difficult to implement.
Various institutions across Europe, including universities, research institutions and representatives of the private sector, participated in the above-mentioned survey. It reflects the experience of researchers and project managers.
