Horizon Europe’s legal, financial & administrative rules: a report

The team of National Contact Points for the EU Framework Programmes has published a new publication on the rules of the Horizon Europe programme.
It analyses in detail how Horizon Europe’s legal, financial and administrative rules function in practice. The publication is based on a comprehensive survey among beneficiaries across EU Member States and Associated Countries.
Various institutions across Europe, including universities, research institutions and representatives of the private sector, participated in the survey. It reflects the experiences of coordinators, administrators, researchers and project managers.
