GENDER-NET: Final Dissemination Conference

On February 13 and 14, 2023, in Brussels as well as online the Final Dissemination Conference presenting the results of the large H2020 GENDER-NET Plus project will be held.
Gender-NET Plus ERA-NET Co-fund was launched September 15, 2017, to address challenges in achieving gender equality and gender mainstreaming in research and innovation in line with the ERA policy goals. The consortium is composed of 16 organisations from 13 countries. The objective was to implement sex and gender perspective to the analysis of pressing societal challenges (e.g. health and ageing, gender-based violence, climate change). The 13 projects from the fields of health & medicine, social sciences and humanities were co-funded in the frame of the Gender-NET Plus project. The overall goal has been to provide support to the promotion of gender equality through institutional change.
The aim of the conference is to share the results of these 13 transnational research projects. It is also an opportunity to present the achievements of the joint activities undertaken by the members of the GENDER-NET Plus consortium.
Representatives from research producing and research funding organizations, from national ministries and from the innovation sector will take part in panels discussion to discuss the socio-economic impact of the research outcomes.
The programme is already available here. The conference is for free, but registration is obligatory. The event will be streamed online and recordings will be made available on the project´s website.
