European Commission Public Consultation on Water

The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the topic of water as part of the upcoming Water Resilience Strategy.
The public consultation is an opportunity for experts and the general public to express their views on water-related issues. The aim of this consultation and the resulting strategy is to find solutions to water-related challenges, strengthen Europe's competitiveness in key sectors, tackle water, sea and ocean pollution, and fragmentation in water-related research.
The public consultation closes on 2 August 2026.
