Conference on the European post Covid-19 economy

In mid-November, the European Commission (EC) is organizing its Annual Research Conference. The theme of this year’s edition is Charting the European economy post Covid-19: unusual times require unconventional policies.
For this reason, the EC’s DG Economic and Financial Affairs, is running a call for posters for young researchers in the fields of economics or finance on the theme of the conference. The call for posters is open to PhD students and those who finished their PhDs no more than six years ago.
Up to 10 researchers will be selected to present their poster in a dedicated session at the Conference. Furthermore, up to three could be given the opportunity to present their work to the Commission on a three-day working visit.
If you wish to participate, please send a long abstract (800 words max) of your paper in English and CV to ECFIN-ARC21-POSTER@ec.europa.eu by 15 June 2021.
Candidates who are shortlisted will be informed by 15 July 2021 and then asked to submit a full version of their papers by 15 September 2021.
The deadline for the submission of posters is 15 October 2021.
The conference will take place on 15 November 2021.
