Conference on applied science opportunities in the EU

UAS4EUROPE’s online Networking Conference creates networking possibilities for research and innovation stakeholders from industry and civil society as well as for University of Applied Sciences (UAS) representatives and researchers.
The event is divided into two main part – panel discussion and series of workshops. The panel discussion is oriented to the role of the UAS and their links to industry and citizens in their regional ecosystems, where they are having an enormous potential to translate breakthrough ideas into innovations.
The second part of the event is then composed of workshop series that are addressing Clusters under Horizon Europe through interactive workshops, where experts from the field of applied science will discuss challenges and opportunities provided by each of the clusters of the HEU.
During a second set of workshops, an interactive exchange between registered participants will address the position of UAS within regional innovation ecosystems and their role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. In addition, a dedicated workshop will focus on the Horizon Europe programme planning and specifically on how work programmes are prepared and designed.
