Conference on Green Deal and data space

The event provides a forum for stakeholders from government, academia and industry to discuss the latest developments of the INSPIRE Directive.
Through the 14 sessions of the 2021 “INSPIRE Conference: Towards a Common European Green Deal data space for environment and sustainability”, panellists will cover data, the Green Deal, Citizen Science, location interoperability and the INSPIRE past, present and future.
The programme of the Conference is structured around three main tracks:
- The political roadmap: a look back on the past implementation of INSPIRE and dwell on the major findings of the evaluation of the INSPIRE Directive.
- Green data: the latest developments on new technologies and infrastructures for data
- The architectural roadmap: an overview of new technologies and their impact in changing traditional SDIs towards data spaces.
The event will take place online on 25 - 29 October 2021.
