Conference: StrongerTogether - Social Sciences, Arts & Humanities and the future of evidence-informed policymaking

On May 6 and 7, in Tervuren, Belgium, Belgian presidency and DG Research and Space organize an expert level conference on evidence-informed policymaking (EIPM) and how to integrate further the diverse expertise from the arts, the social sciences and the humanities (SSAH) into the production of evidence for the benefit of policy makers and society.
The aim of the conference is to bring together policymakers, SSAH scientists and science brokers (from government and from academia, managing data and/or knowledge).
A policy brief is envisaged as the output of the discussions capturing the conferenc´s outcomes for wide dissemination – and further implementation - among relevant communities.
To assure interactivy, the number of places is limited to 120+ participants.
The registration is based on a first come first serve basis.
There are pre-booked facilities to people travelling from abroad.
