Conference: From knowledge to impact

A conference entitled "From knowledge to impact: Shaping Europe’s next innovation wave" will take place in Brussels and online on 13 November 2025.
Commissioner for Startups, Research, and Innovation, Ekaterina Zaharieva, will open the event on knowledge valorisation and paths from research results to the market. Isabel Rocha, Vice Rector for Research, Innovation and Value Creation from University of Lisbon, will focus on the topic From research to market: towards a blueprint on licensing and spinoff creation.
Connecting innovative companies to research and technology infrastructures will also be discussed.
Ilja Rudyk, an economist from European Patent Office (EPO), will focus on technology transfer offices.
