Competition: Siemens Student Sustainability Design Hack

Apply by May 17, 2024, 11:59 p.m. CEST, for a Siemens Student Sustainability Design Hack at Realize LIVE Europe conference in Munich in June 3-5, 2024.

This is a great opportunity for students to collaborate, learn more about Siemens’ NX software and sustainability, and have a positive influence on their community. Open to teams of up to 5 from any discipline (at least 2 members familiar with CAD, NX software and engineering design), participants will be optimizing a design for improved sustainability and operations with Andretti and support from technical coaches, mentors and industry professionals. The event is supported by Microsoft and Deloitte.

What is necessary to get involved?

Step 1: Create Your Team

• Up to 5 people per team from any subject area, at least 2 members familiar with CAD, NX software and engineering design.
• Other suggested skill sets include, but are not limited to: Presentation skills, networking, and knowledge on sustainability, business, manufacturing, and engineering design for automotive.
• 2 members from each team (including your NX specialist) available from 3-5 June to attend Realize LIVE in Munich, Germany.

 Step 2: Complete Your Application (All Team Members)

• Each team member registers and submits their resume.

One team member responds to two short essay questions that are part of the application. Work as a team to create your answers.
