Circular Bio-Based Europe Info Day 2024

On 23 April 2024, an information day will be held in Brussels with the opportunity for partner search and networking. It will also be streamed online. The call for project proposals will open on 24 April 2024 and the deadline for the call is planned for 18 September 2024.
In 2024, the joint undertaking (JU) plans to launch a call covering 18 topics for the submission of project proposals with a total indicative budget of €213 million.
The CBE Joint Undertaking's budget for the calls comes from Horizon Europe, the EU's research and innovation funding programme. Every euro of public money will be complemented by private investment.
The 2024 Work Programme, announced on 19.12.2023, builds on the strategic priorities of the CBE Joint Undertaking's Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). This document was prepared jointly by the founding partners of the CBE Joint Undertaking, the European Commission and the Bio-based Industries Consortium, with the support of the Programme Office, and adopted by the CBE Joint Undertaking's Governing Board.
Registration will open in mid-February 2024.
