Celebratory launch of the European Innovation Council

On 18 March, 2021, the European Innovation Council (EIC), which ran as a pilot in the previous Horizon 2020 framework programme, will be officially kick-started in the full regime and will become an integral part of the new Horizon Europe framework programme. On this day, calls for proposals are expected to be opened.
If you are interested in getting acquainted with the EIC goals and funding opportunities in more detail, do not hesitate to join this two-day event.
On 18 March, the programme will be devoted mainly to introducing the political ambitions put into this new initiative, whereas on 19 March, the whole day will be dedicated to potential applicants and participation rules.
Registration is not required. The event will be streamed online via the EU Science & Innovation Youtube channel of the European Commission.
